Ismail - an "Egyptian" boy - looks through a net, his family has put up to create a bit of privacy in the tented camp. Ismails family have been my hosts on four trips. Today they live 11 people in a two room barrack, the men sleep in one room, the women and children in the other. The family used to have a three story house, cable tv and a shop in Kosovo.
